Financial Concierge™ provides professional, personalized, confidential financial services for older adults, in-home wherever possible and remotely when required.  We provide day-to-day financial management, document organization and estate administration services.

As your personal Chief Financial Officer, we ensure cheques get deposited and bills get paid. By providing oversight to bank and credit card statements, we watch out for fraud, duplicate charges and missing deposits.

As your trusted professional, we can support executors and powers of attorney or fully assume these roles when a neutral third party is preferred.

To build and foster trusted relationships with older adults in a fiduciary capacity by supporting them in the management of their personal financial affairs, while maintaining their dignity and independence and providing peace of mind.

Our Mission

Clients will be treated fairly, with the utmost discretion and respect. Confidentiality will be strictly maintained unless impropriety or suspicions of financial abuse in which case the appropriate authorities will be notified. We will provide personalized attention delivering reliable services uniquely suited for each client’s needs.

Backed by more than 320,000 members, C.A.R.P. is a non-partisan association committed to working with all parties in government to advocate for older Canadians.
  • American Association of Daily Money Managers “AADMM” - The Financial Concierge™ team are members of AADMM - a national organization for daily money management that provides members with opportunities for national exposure, continuing education, and a forum for sharing best practices with a growing community of professionals committed to excellence. There is no Canadian organization at present.
  • Financial Planning Standards Council “FPSC” – Jill Chambers, President and Founder of Financial Concierge™ is certified by the FPSC - a professional standards-setting and certification body working in the public interest. The FPSC ensures those it certifies meet appropriate standards of competence and professionalism through rigorous requirements of education, examination, experience and ethics. Jill applies these standards of professionalism with her team in their work with clients.
  • Better Business Bureau “BBB” -  We are accredited by the BBB. This signifies our demonstration of trust, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to consumer excellence.
