A Financial Concierge is a person who performs day-to-day financial transactions for any individual, family, busy professional or small business that is unable or does not have the time or desire to perform the tasks themselves.

We are passionate to fill a gap in financial services available to senior citizens. We provide clarity, insight, and partnership for management of day to day financial affairs. Our services are professional, personalized, confidential and in-home wherever possible.

Our Vision

To attain and maintain incredible relationships with seniors (age 65+) in a fiduciary capacity to assist in management of their personal financial affairs; maintaining their dignity and independence; providing them and their families with peace of mind.

Our Mission

Clients will be treated with fairness, discretion and integrity. Confidentiality will be maintained unless impropriety or suspicions of elder abuse arise which will be disclosed to the appropriate authorities. They will benefit from dedicated attention and services including day to day money management, organization of financial affairs and documents, acting as Power of Attorney and estate administration.

  • American Association of Daily Money Managers “AADMM” - is a national organization for daily money management and provides members with opportunities for national exposure, continuing education, and a forum for sharing best practices with a growing community of professionals committed to excellence. There is no Canadian organization at present.
  • Financial Planning Standards Council “FPSC” - is a professional standards-setting and certification body working in the public interest. The FPSC ensures those it certifies meet appropriate standards of competence and professionalism through rigorous requirements of education, examination, experience and ethics. Membership is important to encourage client confidence in services provided and demonstrate ongoing commitment to continuing education.
  • Better Business Bureau “BBB” -  accreditation by the Better Business Bureau signifies trust and integrity, and an unwavering commitment to consumers. We are building close, long term relationships with clients who may be vulnerable. Clients and their families need to be able to trust us and have an avenue for any concerns they may have.
